Billing terms
AI usage. AI features (summaries, drafts, prioritization, automation drafts) count one request each against your monthly quota. When the quota is reached, AI actions pause until the next month or an upgrade; everything else keeps working. There are no surprise overage charges.
Email. Follow-up, confirmation and reminder emails count toward the monthly email quota. Sending requires a verified sender domain and explicit authorization per workspace.
Changes & cancellation. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe. Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period, then the organization moves to limited Free access. Your data is never deleted because of a downgrade.
After the trial. Without a plan, organizations continue on a limited Free tier (1 user, 100 leads, no automation or email sending).
