These terms govern your use of LeadPilot AI provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. The service

LeadPilot provides lead capture, pipeline management, follow-up automation, scheduling, analytics and AI-assisted suggestions. AI output is provided as suggestions that may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing it before acting.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for your credentials and for the people you invite. Workspace owners control membership and access.

3. Acceptable use

• No unsolicited bulk email, purchased or scraped contact lists, or messaging people without a lawful basis.
• You must honor unsubscribe requests and comply with applicable laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR, CASL) and our email provider's policies.
• No unlawful, harmful or infringing content; no attempts to breach security or other customers' data.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you store. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service. You can export your data at any time.

5. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are charged in advance via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan limits are enforced by the service. [ADD TAX, PRICE-CHANGE AND REFUND TERMS.]

6. Availability & changes
